After Kjeld Mads Christensen comes parents: Taylor(work) Christian Martinus Christensen and wife Dagmar Larsen(29 years old) from Læsing. Next row is christning date 1907, Oct. 17. Then comes, that he was christened by the priest and in the church, and last row the Fadder (godparents):
Mads Hansen and wife Ane Marie Hansen from Korbjerg? and Knud Akxel Christiansen and wife Jorgsine Christiansen from Løvbrønnen.

Sorry, my error. I didn't pay attention to that columm, which is very importent to you. There is written: Hjørring county, name change to Kjeld Mads Clarkfeldt, journal# 3721/1964, Country arkive Viborg 2/11-1964.
