St. Mortens Church - Randers

My grandfather lived in Randers and was a member of St. Mortens.  In fact they lived within a few blocks of the church.  This would have been in the late 1880's.  I was wondering - what school/s would possibly have any records of their students from that time in that area?

Elementary school or grammar school ?
There was only one grammar school in Randers at that time, situated in Vestergade. Today its Randers Statsskole at Rådmands Boulevard 20. (http://www.randersstatsskole.dk/om_skolen/skolens_historie/)
