I am looking for the birth record of Søren Peder Pedersen.  Here he is in the 1885 census and in all church records I have found he is listed as Søren Peder Pedersen.
All persons in the household

Rasmine Cathrine Petersen    33    Gift    Husmoder       Turø pr Svendborg

I looked in the Tuse, Holbæk church records and only found Søren Pedersen, opslag 80, 1853.  Any help in finding the birth record of Søren Peder Pedersen will be greatly appreciated.

Once again mange tak Verner.  You have been such a great help on so many occasions in tracing my family.

The Police Register of all residents in the city of Copenhagen 1890-1923 who are at least 10 years old.

The index card has no information on marital status
His last address was as a lodger by Bjerknæs in Vognmagergade (Trinitatis parish).

Tusind tak Helmer.  I found his death in Trinitatis and he was a widower, age 50, opslag 121 nr 95.  Although that record and the police register and 1885 census indicate his birth circa 1851 or 1852 the only one I found in Tuse, Holbæk was Søren Pedersen born 24 Mar 1853, opslag 80 nr 6.  The 24 Mar matches the day and month in the police register but the year is different.  I think that Søren Pedersen and Søren Peder Pedersen are the same person.  What do you think?

There are small differences in the various sources.

Police register states the address as Vognmagergade 28, 4th floor. In the death record it is Vognmagergade 28, 2nd floor.

The age difference between the early sources in Tuse and more recent sources in Copenhagen. In the census, he is as old as his wife instead of being younger. In the Tuse-sources, and at the funeral, he has only one Christian name.

I also noted that in his confirmation record his father is listed as Peder Hansen.  What a confusing individual.
