I am trying to document the birth of my 4th Great Grandfather. His name is Anders Andersen. I have documented his Burial as the 24 of November 1752. The entry is found at 1735-1761 Tved Hillerslev Thisted img 84 pg 21a Bottom of page
http://ao.salldata.dk/vis.php?bsid=167027&side=84&kb=Kirkebog:%20Thisted,%20Hillerslev,%20Nors%201735-1761%20FKVD%20%28EM%29&height=906

Year: 1752
Left margin: død
d: 24 Nov: begravet Anders Anders i Jannrup:
gaarden, alder (?) 66 aar 3 dagn

Based on this entry and the fact that his wife and all of his children were born in Tved, I am initially assuming that he may have also been born in Tved.

When I search the records for his birth about that time frame I find 4 entries:

1)   1675-1735 Nors-Tved, Hillerslev, Thisted img 20 pg 20a-2nd entry
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G94H-DVCT?i=19&wc=M5KK-3YT%3A357516601%2C359600201%2C359844201%2C359826501&cc=2078555

4)   1675-1735 Nors-Tved, Hillerslev, Thisted img 25 pg 25b-2nd entry
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-894H-DGJ1?i=24&wc=M5KK-3YT%3A357516601%2C359600201%2C359844201%2C359826501&cc=2078555

My transcription
Year: 1687
Margin Name: Anders
Dom Trinit {22 May 1687}: døbt Christen Andersens barn kaldet
ANDERS {wouldn't his name be: Anders Christensen?}: susceptrix, Christen Madsen, Poul Madsen, Niels M??sen Karen Christensdr, Kirsten
Madsdr

Of these 4 my best guess would be possible 1 or 2, in that his name would be Anders Andersen based on patronymic naming.

How might one go about determining which is correct, if any of these individuals are?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated....Thank you

None of them gives much credence to 'and three days'.  The pastor must have had access to a second parish register, if he corrected the age from 65 to 66, as seems to be the case.

Do you have the marriages in Tved in the years prior to the birth of the first child?

Remember that in the years just before 1735 there was 'too much' movement of men to suit the nobility.

The marriage of Anders Andersen and Karen Jensdatter was 18 Jan 1733 in Tved. Entry found:

With all of this information you can see why "I" am having a difficult time finding my 4th Great Grandfather's correct birth entry.

Thank you for any help....

2. post trinitatis, Anders gaardes (difficult to read, could be a place) son Anders. And see the name "Anders Andersen" as godfather.

This Anders Andersen could be the same as Anders Skrædder (= tailor) on image 20.

An unnerving factor is that all of the 1680's births are in the front of the book, one parish, and the marriage and the first child in 1733 are in the other parish in the back of the book.

I have no luck finding an Anders born in the 1680's in the back of the book.
