have lægd number, need to know sogn

Hi

Is there a numerical list of udskrivningskredser/amter and lægd numbers that will tell me which sogn it was?  I am working with lægdsruller from the 1880s and 1890s, tracing men, who I didn't know moved so often.  I have the publication "Sognefortegnelse oversigt over lægdsnumre i sognene" https://www.sa.dk/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/Sognefortegnelse-oversigt-over-laegdsnumre-i-sognene.pdf but I want a list by lægd numre.
