certificate in Nordby (Fanø) about birth in Fredericia

Hi,

I have some questions about a certificate I found in the church records of Nordby on Fanø.  It is the last one on image 50 of the Nordby certificates on familysearch.org

On this certificate for Niels Bruun, there are 3 notes by 3 different people dated 1849, 1857 and unknown.  I know from other sources that Niels Bruun was confirmed in Fredericia Skt. Michaelis in April 1850, he moved to Nordby on Fanø in 1854, and was married in Nordby in March 1857.

1.  Can someone help me transcribe some words?  Here is what I have so far:

fjortende Junii attenhundrede tredive og fem / og døbte i Trini-
tatis Kirke den 6te December s. A.  Hvilket i Over-

Overnævente Niels Bruun
har Intet _____ af Fattig_____

I can't read the 3rd note at the bottom.

2.  Did he receive this paper with the first note on it in 1849 because he was moving from Trinitatis to Skt. Michaelis and would need it to be confirmed there? 

3.  Did he go back to Trinitatis just before he got married for the second note which was added in 1857? 

4.  I assume that he gave it to the pastor in Nordby because it was kept with the church books.  Would the pastor give it back to him if he moved to another parish and wanted to marry again, or would he have to get a new certificate?

I forgot to write that I also have trouble reading the 3rd note.

The 2. statement was because in those days you was not alloved to get married if you got poor relief.
