My proposal:

Confirmation: 20de April 1817
Name: Anders Hansen Møllebjerregaard
Parents: Gaardmand Henrik Fifter? og Ane Kristens? D i Møllebjerregaard
Born: 20de February 1803
Evaluation: Ligeledes (likewise, i.e. meget god (very good))
Vaccinated: 11de August 1811 af samme (same, i.e. Districts Chirurg Hr. Hansen? i Ribe)
Index: do [1818], do [No] 124

But he was not born in Vejrup, and Henrik ..... above must be his stepfather, as I see it.
And I see, that Anders in 1828 went to Døstrup, where he 1831 got married to Karen Hansdatter from Janderup.

Anna Niels Xtens daughter had a son Anders by a putative father Hans Andersen baptized 20 february 1803.  See opslag 50, folio 57b.  It should be your Anders.

Where do you get that he was not born in Vejrup? And that he went to Døstrup in 1828 and married Karen Hansdatter in 1831?

5. S(ame) day and date (20.Feb.1803)
Anna Nielsdatters illegitimate sons baptism confirmed in Bierre ANDERS
as putative father Hans Andersen from Odderup Bye, Toftlund parish
It had passed my radar. That must be him.

Besides that I found this:

At https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=171732#171732,28836567
Departure list, 1828 nr 5 Anders Hansen 25 3/4 y.o. farm hand leaves for Døstrup parish

His arrival in Døstrup at https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=201272#201272,38121350
1828 nr 16 Anders Hansen 25 Tjenestekarl (farm hand) arrives from Gjørding (herred) on Oct 20.

His marriage 1831, May 28 at https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=201272#201272,38121341
nr.4 Anders Hansen from Veirup, serving in Døstrup ~ Karen Hansdatter from Janderup, serving in Døstrup.

Here they are in 1834 census, where he is principal of the poorhouse in Vinum

Tønder, Tønder, Højer og Lø, Døstrup (Kongerigsk), Døstrup Sogn, Døstrup Bye, Sognets Fattighuus paa Vinum Mark, 45
Anders Hansen   32   Gift      Forstander i Huset
Karen Hansdatter   29   Gift      Hans Kone
Johanne Marie Andersdatter   2   -      Deres Børn
Anna Kjerstine Andersdatter   1   -      Deres Børn

They 'leave' Døstrup 19.Febr 1842 at https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=201277#201277,38122239 nr 6 and 7
He is now Reebslager (ropemaker) and she is Spinder (spinner). It is written, that they left 2 years ago for 'Schierrebeck' (Skærbæk).
And it is remarked that his 'behavior' was here at last only fair, but her 'behavior' was good.

On https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=202385#202385,38361779 nr 21
they get at son in Skærbæk, Hans Andersen Hansen on Dec.14,1842, bapt 12.Febr.
Parents: Huuseier og Rebslaaer (house owner and ropemaker) Anders Hansen and Karen Hansdatter.

Hi
Henrik's surname is Filter.
http://www.ddd.dda.dk/nygaard/visning_billed.asp?id=93675&sort=e

Ribe, Gørding, Vejrup, Nør. Vejrup, , 15. fam, FT-1801, B9153
Navn:    Alder:    Civilstand:    Stilling i husstanden:    Erhverv:    Fødested:
Hendrik Filter   49   Gift   Huusbonde   Bonde og Gaardbeboer
Anna Eriksdatter   43   Gift   hans Kone
Hermann Hendriksen   11   Ugift   Deres Børn
Anders Hendriksen   8   Ugift   Deres Børn

Anders Hendriksen, their son, was born in 1793, 4 Søndag efter Paaske, opslag 45:
https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=169958#169958,28534163
The mother's name is Ane Ericksdatter.

At Anders Hansen's confirmation
http://www.danishfamilysearch.com/sogn1151/churchbook/source143698/opslag16081300
the woman's name is Ane Kristensdatter? (I'm not sure). I thought that Henrik Filter might have remarried, but cf. https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=171731#171731,28836496
27de April 1819 Anna Eriks D.
Aftægtsenke Møllebierregaard, 61
Her husband, Henrik Hermansen Filter, died the previous month:
https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=171731#171731,28836493

I think that Anders Hansen was Henrik Filter's farmhand, not his son. The headline of the column is "Forældrenes eller Husbondens, Plejeforældrenes Navn og Bopæl" (The names and residence of the parents or the head of the household, the foster parents).
I also think that by mistake Henrik Filter's wife was given a wrong name when Anders Hansen was confirmed.

I have forgotten now how I got to Sønder Gørding.  Your Vejrup baptism seems much better.

Oh my goodness!!!  I've certainly had plenty of effort by many trying to help me.  I would have been shocked (and mentally put assunder) if I had found that I have worked on the wrong Anders Hansen all along.  I am sure I have the right one and I feel confident that he was working (as a farm hand) for the Filter - who took him for his confirmation.  More than a year ago I tried to figure out a  family connection between the Filters and Anders mother and father.. and didn't ever make a connection.  I doubt there was one.  Thanks so much to all of you who helped.  Really, I wasn't worried about the pedigree.... I was trying to understand why for the first time I had seen Anders Hansen listed with a middle name.  I knew it was from the putative father; but, never saw it used before.   CLAUDE
