Need translation of places recorded in baptism record

I need know the location of those in attendance at the baptism of Andreas Anderson Jensen on Dec. 27, 1870.  It is listed in the Dostrup parish churchbook 1869 - 1914, page 5, #16.  Message needs to be in English and if possible I would like to know if it is a village or a parish.  I can read the names, but now where they are from!   Thanks,

Medolden (germ.) = Mjolden (dan.): parish and village in Tønder county

Branderup Sogn: parish (and village) in Haderslev county

Troyborg = Trøjborg: farm, estate in Visby parish, Tønder county

Perhaps Mølby could be in Døstrup parish, although I cannot find that information in the databases, which
suggest that Mølby is in Rømø, or Spandet parish (Tønder county), Oksenvad parish (Haderslev county),
or Skovlund parish (part of the former Ansager parish, Ribe county)?

The parents are also of 'Mølby', making it a place name in the parish.  A thought is that it is since known as Mejlby.

To be precise, Andreas' confirmation record says he was born in Møldam (Mølby) near Laurup.

Laurup (germ.) = Lovrup (dan.), a village in Døstrup parish.
