Needing Help locating Birth/Baptism entry for Søren Nielsen

I am seeking Birth/Baptism entry for Søren Nielsen

In as much as entire life was in Balle I believe he was born there but cannot fin a birth entry. Any help would be appreciated.

Bad news - only a selection of the baptisms from 1742-1789 are preserved, and all ostensibly from Gødvad.

The confirmation and vaccination records which might be a backup are also missing.

That is what I thought might be the situation. I went through 4 or 5 different databases with no such luck.

There would have been a document when Søren's father took over the farm (a fæste), that may show that he took it over from his father.  That would be another name to research.

As probates are indexed, they become another source of names, and sometimes approximate ages.

In the list of probates for Hids Herred, Viborg is the following entry:

105 Niels Lauridsen i Hvinningdal. 11.12.1802, side 79.
E: Edel Sørensdatter. LV: Søren Lauridsen sst. B: Søren 22, Anne 19. FM: farbror Anders Lauridsen sst.

This could be Søren's fathers death?

Ellen--- I believe it is, just some questions regarding the abbreviations:

105 Niels Lauridsen i Hvinningdal. 11.12.1802, side 79.
E: Edel Sørensdatter. LV: Søren Lauridsen sst. B: Søren 22, Anne 19. FM: farbror Anders Lauridsen sst.

E: enke/enkemand means the widow or widower
LV: lavværge refers to widow' spokesman or guardian ?? Is that identifying who will take care of the widow?
sst: samme sted means same place
B: barn/børn means child or Children
FM: formynder refers to guardian ?? {guardian of what?} Is this the one who will oversee the execution of the Probate i.e. the Executor here in the USA?

Does farbror means father's brother ??
