Help finding info on Maren Hansdatter and Jens Mortensen; Gorslev

Hello everyone,
I am looking for the parents of Maren Hansdatter, born about 1757 in Giesegarrd, Gorslev Praesto.
She married Jens Mortensen in Nordruposter 1785. On the 1787 census is states
mandens moder
Sophie Christensdatter and mandens fader Hans Christensen.
This does not make sense to me as far as patronymics go.
I believe these are her parents?

I believe Morten Skovfoged is Jens' father. Is Skovfoged a given surname or nickname.
I know it translates as Forest Ranger. His profession?
Any help is appreciated!

In the original it says Qvindens Forældre (the woman's parents), so Maren is the daughter of Hans Christensen and Sophie Christensdatter. We will not be able to find Maren's christening as the church record of Gørslev does not begin until 1773. But in the 1801 census Hans Christensen is called Konens Fader, i.e. the wife's father:

Skovfoged is not a name. It is a profession, meaning a forest ranger.

Maybe she really was married 3 times, because there also is this probate-record:
