Here is my attempt:

Dear friends! On the occasion of your little
Cathrine's 1st anniversary on 5th of June 1919 you are
asked to receive our most heartfelt congratulations.
As we newly had the pleasure to see her here with
us for dinner together with you, we got the idea,
that it maybe in the future could have her interest
to own the silver spoon, with which she ate at the
first time in grandma Christensen's house. We therefore
ask her to receive the following spoon as birthday
present and save it as memory of the 2
old folks now living at Grandma's Place.
For 63 years it has been in the possession of our family, as it
comes from the wedding of our parents on November 4,
1856. Therefore it is marked with a L. We
now hope, that your little daughter may have
use and pleasure of using it for as
many years, and preferably a little more, as a memory about
her good friends.
   Gran'ma & Gran'pa Lorenzen in Draper.

Where was the letter sent  from - and too ?

Could it be from the small city - Dragør / Dragoer ? like in Denmark - also in Salt Lake City ?

Kind regards
