Does entry give both birth and baptism dates?

I have the names of these twins and who their parents are -- I just need to know if they were born on January 22 and baptized on baptized on January 25th.  I saw two different numbers...so was just wondering.   Thanks, Claude

They were baptized at home (and probably born) on 22nd January and in church the 25th.
