Looking for information on Rasmus Olufsen 1717 - 1649

I am looking for information on Rasmus Olufsen (Olufsøn), my 7th great grandfather. He died in Bjerre sogn in 1717 at the age of 68. I found two of his children both born in Uth Sogn, Anna in 1686 (my 6th great grandmother) and Oluf in 1689. Would there be a probate record of his death? If there was a record, where would I look for it?

I have used parish record a lot but I have only used probate records a few times and am not very familiar with them, so help would be appreciated.
