Translation help needed please..

I need a little help with a translation and/or decyphering of some text please from 3 images. I am having trouble making it out.

Nr 36: Johanne Christiane Schultz. I would like to know what it says in the last column on the right. I am hoping it is a date and place of a marriage as it seems as though the parents were not married.

In the Hovedministerialbog, it's noted that the parents were married 21 Aug. 1859 in Frederiksberg church:

Is there any reason why this record isn't in the Kontraministerialbog?

The records in the Hovedministerialbog and the Kontraministerialbog should be identical, but that's not always the case. If available, look up both.
