Need help with Birth Record.

I have been trying to find the birth record of Asger Egild Hallas Kjolhede born 25 October 1923.

Father Hans Oscar Kjolhede
Mother Kristin Vita Margrethe Hallas.

I have found Asger in census with his two elder brothers and parents, which stated he was born in Frederiksberg,

I have looked in the records for his birth in Frederiksberg,unable to find it,

one brother Gunner Axel Hallas Kjolhede was recorded in Sankt Thomas Sogn ,Frederiksbery Kobenhavn as well as Karlslunde,Tune Roskide.

The other one Erik Oscar Hallas Kjolhede was recorded in Trinitatis Kobenhavn,Karlslunde, Tune ,Roskide.

I have searched these records still unable to find him.

Any suggestions where to look next.
