I am trying to locate the Birth/Baptism entry for my 3rd great grandfather: Søren Nielsen. I have the following information on him:

1-   1787 Census: http://www.danishfamilysearch.com/cid47538 he is listed in his father' household as a 6 year old son
2-   1792 Lægdruller: 1792 Silkeborg 1792 Hovedrulle img 90 entry 71 69; https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/billedviser?epid=16481031#18082,990685, age 8, birth place: Hvinningdal
3-   1795, 1798, 1800 Lægdruller of Balle, Aarhus
4-   1801, 1834, 1840, 1845, 1850 Censuses for Balle Hids, Viborg
5-   19 Nov 1808 Marriage in Balle to Ane Jensdatter; http://www.danishfamilysearch.com/sogn1948/churchbook/source130981/opslag14010317
6-   7 Feb 1852 Death in Balle; http://www.danishfamilysearch.com/sogn1948/churchbook/source130986/opslag14010904

I have looked in the 1742-1813 Balle, Hids, Viborg register but have either missed the entry or I do not find it there.
Any help would be appreciated.

Another possibility and question regarding my information: based on the place locations Hvinningdal in Sikeborg and Balle in Aarhus, have I mixed events for different Søren Nielsen?

Thank you.

No - you didn't miss anything, and you didn't mix up places/events.
But the Birth/Baptism entries for Balle begin 1790.   Those from 1742 - 1790 cover Gødvad Parish only.

There is a Lægdsrulle from 1789 though:

Thank you.

I am able to get everything from this entry except the one word in the Opholdsted column.

Could someone transcribe that word in entry 71? The word is actually giving in entry 67 and dittoed thereafter.

Thank you....

Sorry - forgot to mention.
But it's just old spelling:  Hvindingda[h]l

Just in case you really meant "Opholdsted"   :D

For no. 67, Cristen, it says "Funder" (nearby village).   But that is NOT dittoed !

Thank you Karsten---

I thought since several names in a row were highlighted together by means of the squiggly line that it would have the same meaning as ditto and the person entering the information was saving time in their writing.

Again, thank you for your input.
