Some notes about Henrich Olsen Ud Ridder & h.k. Lovise Scheel

I have been searching for information about Henrich Olsen b. 1761 and his wife 18/06/1788 Lovise Scheel b. 1757.
But I am more interested in her than him, so to speak.

They are married 18 dec 1788.
København amt, Sokkelund, Frederiksberg, 1778-1796 FKVD (EM) - opslag: 76 at the bottom left page

They have 3 children that I am avare of:
Frederiksborg amt, Lynge-Frederiksborg, Hillerød, 1767-1807 FKD (EM)

He is Ud Ridder but what does that mean?
They are both in  Levetzou service 1787, and he is still in his service 1788, when the first child is born.

They aren't in 1801 census but I don't find them dead in Hillerød chursbook  ???
