Need some help on marriage entry of Jens Jensen and Anne Thomasdatter

I have located the marriage entry for my 4th great grandparents and need some help getting all of the Danish and English.

I would appreciate help on the correct spelling and the missing Danish transcription and an English translation of it all would be great so that I might understand what is going on.

betrothed to the girl Anne Thomasdatter (Niels Pors'
step daughter in Østerild). Best men were father of the betrothed man
Jens Jensen, and Christen Svensk (Swedish), by whom the betrothal
took place, married 14th of March.
