Need help understanding death recorded on page 193, 1st item in 1794

Trying to find information concerning why someone would list Marie Cathrine as a child of Hans Jorgensen and Maren Madsdatter and a sister to their son Jorgen who was born in 1758.  If I'm reading this correctly, Marie Cathrine would have been born in 1734....when her father who was born in 1721 would have only been 13 years old.  If someone could translate the entire entry (bottom of left side and top of right side) some names or places might help me solve the puzzle.  Thanks.  (The penmanship in this book is GREAT!)  Thanks so much.  Claude
