Hoping this is a birth record for Mads, a male son of Hans Jorgensen and Marin Madsdatter.   Honestly, I believe it is because it was suggested by a very good researcher... I just have a very difficult time understanding any of the words in the entry.  Sometimes I think I'm learning a bit of the Danish language.... and then on other days I think I haven't learned ist at all!!! Thanks for your help translating into English this entry.  Claude

Thanks, Ingar.  Wow!  Now I'm wondering why I was given that link.  It must be associated in some way.  I'm trying to find the complete family of Hans Jorgensen and Maren Madsdatter -- but, goodness, with the penmanship in the Lintrup book I doubt I'll ever get it done.  I visited the Lintrup church in May...and that is a long way from my home here in Boise, Idaho, USA.  I felt fortunate at age 83 to be able to make the trip!!!  Thanks again!  Claude
