Hi Ann

I have just send you by email the pdf file - with ancestors of Laust Davidsen Hansen, back to Troels Winther and his wife Mette. I had a lot of these data allready.

And - when you have got all the decendants (what you know of) of Laust Davidsen Hansen in the US, please send a pdf file with all these to Svend Jacobsen; he will then put these into the homepages - up til 14th/15th generation, still living only with date of birth - unless you don't want that for still living people.

Greetings
Christian

That Google translate took me a while to figure out but a great tool.  You give me too much credit for my computer knowledge.  I am barely literate.  I tried to scan the pages 96-98 into the translate but it did not work.  Is there a way to do that?  When you say "download and send a PDF file, I have to clue as to how this is accomplished.

The history is very impressive and reading it in English is great.  Thank you for the computer lesson.

I figured out how to get the book transcribed and copies the pages I needed.  A miracle for me to accomplish.

Hi Ann

As you can't by your self go into the homepage http://troelswinther.dk/ here are some dokuments from the homepage for your interest. They are showing the big work, that Svend Jacobsen has done to provide us all with this person, Troels Winther, and his discendants - our family.

I want to thank each of you, Ellen, Inger, Karsten, Judith, Henrik, Christian and Lisa.  You have done a tremendous amount of work for me and I appreciate each and every post.  I have copied the data you sent and have put them into a permanent file for my family.  It is more than I could ever expect that you could accomplish.  Of all the unanswered questions we had, you provided me with all I could ever had hoped for.  Someday, maybe we will find where Laust and Christine got the money from.  They said a brother that died at sea and it could be either Soren Jepsen Gregersen or Poul Gregersen as both died at sea.

If I can ever help you with any research in the United States, thru Ancestry, I would be more than willing to try to assist.  I am not as computer literate as you folks are, but I will sure try.

Many, many thanks,
Ann Thorsen
