Birth record for Jacob Andersen, image 31, right side, next to bottom

Would someone please translate into English the birth record for Jacob Andersen whose parents are Anders Pedersen and Maren Jacobsdatter.   I believe he was born 19 Jan 1796 in Saeby parish, Viborg.  I'm looking for clues to where his parents were born.  The 1801 census, where I got these names, lacked a place of his or her birth.  Also, if you want to scroll a few pages to image 37 on the right side midway down and the 2nd entry for 1800 is his brother Peder's birth... it is possible there might be some clue in that entry.  I think Anders Pedersen was born in 1765 and Maren Jacobsdatter in 1770... but WHERE?  Thanks in advance for your help!  Claude

I looked up Jacob Andersen Levying Registrations. A jpg file is attached, if you would like the Excel file I can send it to you.

I am working on his father's registration and have located it back to 1795 age 29 in Viborg and up through 1800, his age being 34. It appears as though his father was Peder BAK

A question that I have for the Forum is: do the levy rolls go back any further? The 1795 Hovedrulle is the first I find for Viborg.

In 1793  Skivehus, Sæby was lægd 12; changed in 1795 to Viborg, Sæby lægd 16.
