Where were Soren Jensen and Ane Marie Mikkelsdatter born?

In the 1845 Nebsager, Bjerre, Vejle, Denmark census Soren Jensen and Ane Marie Mikkelsdatter note where they were born.  I am assuming Oritslew is the same thing as the parish records for Ørridslev Sogn since I already found the birth record for Jens Sorensen.  Where I am confused is if Bierre is the same thing as Bjerre because I am trying to find this couple's marriage record without much luck.  In the birth record for Jens Sorensen it looks like his mother is from Tvingstrup but when I try to find where this is the map indicates Svendborg but the parish records do not seem to have a Tvingstrup available?

Ellen, thank you so much for finding that so quickly.  I was just coming back to edit my post to ask where Mountain Sogn, Vejle, Fyn is because their daughter, Trine Sorensen, is born around 1821 in that area and I have no clue where to go.

Also, was it common to name children the same names?   ETA: Given the marriage date of 2 May 1818, why would Jens #1 not be listed in the parish register as illegitimate.  Jens #2 is born after their marriage so his record looks okay.

I have Jens Sorensen (father is Soren Jensen/mother Ane Marie Mikkelsdatter in all 3 cases).  He is born 12 Jul 1817 in Ørridslev and dies there on 16 Sep 1818:

What confuses me is that there is a 3rd Jens born but his name is a little different but he is still Jens.  Why would the parents name another son Jens when Jens #2 is still living?

The odd thing is that the census documents seem to favour Jens being born in 1817 for 1850 and 1818 for 1845??

Hi Rebecca
It was not uncommon to name the 2nd son Jens, when the first son has died.
In your case there is a 3rd Jens - named Jens Brixensen Sørensen. Most likely the first and second Jens is named after the father's father, and the 3rd Jens after the mother's stepfather - that's why he has the middle name Brixensen.

Bjerre Parish is not on Fyn but in Vejle County - the neighbour country to Skanderborg.

Hi Ellen.  Thank you for explaining that.  I did find the rest of the children in Nebsager so none were born in Fyn.

I am still confused about why Jens #1 is not recorded as illegitimate.

Would it also have not been confusing having 2 Jens in the home.  Jens #2 and the Jens Brixensen #3?
