Thanks Ole!  Yes, I saw that as soon as I got up this morning...and I appreciate your help.  During the day, among other things, I've been trying to find the marriage of Jacob Andersen Bak.... and I have no idea how you know he was born ca 1721.  I got my friend Shirley Jacobsen Knowlten's ten page family history gift off in the mail today.  Actually felt pretty good because it included some good photos of churches that held important  family records records and a pedigree chart that was complete with birth marriage and death information for the first five generations of her father's family -- all in Denmark.  The sky today is dark and dreary and it seems like it is going to be winter soon.  Yuk!!  Claude
