Can I get some help with the confirmation record of Jørgen Christensen?

https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/en/billedviser?bsid=204635#204635,38826692

Fourth column, 1754, #19

It seems to me that the format is the name of the individual then the name of the witness and place.  If that is the case, I can't make out the witness.

Also I would assume the place is where the individual (not the witness) was from?

And if in a previous year, I don't find a confirmation record for an individual, is that definitive proof that they were not alive then?  I have another Jørgen Christensen born in 1734 but I can't find a confirmation record in 1746, 1748 or 1750.

Thanks,

The record says
19. Jørgen Christensen h(os) Stif-Fad(er) Christen Hansen ibid (Pollerup)
          -            -           with stepfather          -          -       -        -

If you don't find a confirmation record, it may also be because he/she at that time is serving in another parish, where he/she is confirmed.

Thanks, Ole.  That just became really confusing.  I would think this is the confirmation record for this Jørgen:

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L94W-YCGL?i=66&wc=M5KZ-K6B%3A357517501%2C357801401%2C358051401%2C358051402&cc=2078555
#13 left-hand side

This Jørgen was born to Christen Hansen in Pollerup in 1740 so Christen Hansen would be his biological father.  Also Christen(sen) is his last name further supporting that.  Is there another explanation for his confirmation?

Thanks,
