Ellen Hemmingsdatter?

I am looking for the christening record of Ellen Hemmingsdatter, 17 Dec 1702.  It looks like it is probably here:

So is Hemming Laursen the same person as Hemming Lauridtzøn?  In entry number #28 on that same page, he is listed as one of the witnesses.  It looks like the handwriting changes on entry #29.  Is this the same person, just written differently by the priest?  If so, then this entry is a sibling Giertrud:

If the fathers are the same person, what is the correct spelling of his last name?  Lauridtzøn, Lauridsen, Laursen?

No doubt they are siblings.
Laurids - Laurits - Lauritz - Laurs is the same name spelled differently.
So is the female name Boel - Buold - Bodil.
The name Boel as a male can be seen, but is very rare.

And to your last question:
The correct spelling is a question about taste.
For this period 300 years ago I think that Lauridtzøn mirrors the time in a good manner.
It doesn't hinder you to spell it otherwise later.
