Need help reading 1787 census. Vilslev parish, census, 1787, page 11

I need someone to help me understand this record of Jep Hansen..who is 7 years old at the time.  Scroll down to numbers 336, 337, 338, 339, and 340.  Jep is #340.  I don't know what the words following the childrens names refers to.  Are they the children of the father's firsst wife... or are they children of the mother - who had a different husband?  Thanks so much...it seems pitiful that I can't even understand a census record ???  Thanks, Claude

As I read the census, both Hans Sørensen and Karen Jepsdatter are in their 1st marriage.

The children are of 1st marriage (Børn af første Egteskab), so Jep is the son of Hans and Karen.

Wow!  I would have known if it had said 'deres born'!  But, thanks for letting me know.  I remember working on another person a few months ago...and don't remember exactly what it said... but it meant, child by a different marriage.  Obviously, it was different than this one.  Thanks, Claude
