Need English translation, Guldager Parish birth, image 5, 1823 #4, Niels

Could someone please translate the baptism entry for Niels.  I'm looking for the parents of Niels Thomsen.  On his death record in Lydum parish in 1871 it says his father's name was Thomas Nielsen... and he was born in Guldager parish.  By subtracting his given, he should have been born in 1823.  I think my Niels Thomsen was born in 1832 in the same county....and married Kirsten Margrethe Hansen in Lund parish on 22 Nov, 1853. [I KNOW my Niels married Kirsten Margrethe Hansen].    Perhaps someone can look at the Military record and see who he lists as his father.  Thanks, Claude
