I found some more difficult to read words that I need help with in Fanø politi- og justitsprotokoller from 1834/1835.  I am attaching 3 images, each with the difficult words circled.  Can someone tell me what they are?

Thanks for all the help I've received with these police records!

My proposals:

ved at tage en af Linerne i sit Forklæde og
bære den hiem paa sin Boepæl, hvorimod hun
lod Bakken eller Trugget?, hvorpaa Linen
laae, blive tilbage paa Sandet.

der iøvrigt har frafaldt Erstatning. For
dette Dilictium? vil Tiltalte efter Forordningen
af 20 Febr. 1789 og 12 Juni 1876 være at idømme

For tiltalte, som var i Retten tilstede blev denne
Dom oplæst og erklærte hun sig med samme Tilfreds
Tiltalte aftraadte og Retten hævet.

Hej Ole

Thanks for the help!  Trugget makes sense, and idømme and Tilfreds.  Dilictium?  If that is a Latin word meaning sin, it makes sense.

I appreciate all your help with this project.  I found 4 cases, each had several pages, with difficult handwriting and some vocabulary I didn't know.  It was a lot of work, but I've learned a little about my ancestor's life on Fanø that I would not have learned from the censuses and church books.  That makes it worth all the time and eye strain.   ;D

Thanks again!

Hej Lisa

The Latin delictum means crime/offence.
