It is #75 at the top of the page.  It looks like he has two birth dates, the 11th and the 12th.  Why would they do that?

Thank you, Ole and Leif.  I guess they probably didn't have clocks to know what time is was exactly.  Hadn't thought of that before.

A fine point: 'daaben' is døbefont, the often large baptismal font near the altar rail.  With the passage of time, many have a shallower metal basin added.

At least up until the reformation, infant baptism was often in some form immersion.  That meant a much larger basin.
