I read it as Jahan - and it may be girl
- see top right among the witnesses: Jahan Jenßdatter and
  bottom left: Jahan Sørensdatter

A female name otherwhere/later written Johanne.

I also found that Jahan Jensdatter so I'll go with the female Jahan, but after 350 years does it really matter?
