When did the marriage take place?

I located the Marriage entry for Thorvald Thygesen and Ellen Marie Chistiansen No 770 1929.

This is a Civil Marriage certificate and I am trying to determine when and where the marriage took place.

Could someone take a look at it and tell me if the date and place of the marriage is provided?

Follow-on questions:

1) Is the initial certificate #770 1929, a "marriage license application"?

2) How does one know where the marriage actually took place? The "license" was obtained in København and there are multiple Sogn in København.

3) If a couple obtained a Civil Marriage, was it still performed, and/or recorded in a Parish Register?

Just some questions for my personal understanding.
