1751, Tønder, Nørre Løgum parish, left page, 1st item, birth of ANDERS?

Would someone please translate the first entry.  It may be a birth record for Anders Hansen.  I also need to know if this parish in Tonder is close to Toftlund parish in Haderslev.  The first actual record I can find for Anders Hansen is his confirmation in on page 256 of Toftlund in about 1768.  He was not born in Toftlund parish  I've been looking for his birth record for more than two years.  Thanks for any help or suggestions you might give me.  Claude
