Translation help with military record for Niels Pedersen

Hello,

I think I have the military record for Niels Pedersen, son of Peder Hansen, born 25 Mar 1775 in Bovense, Vindinge, Svendborg, Denmark.

He appears to be added via the Tilgangsrule list here K-87: https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?epid=16481031#17606,843677

He is also here in 1803 K-87: https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?epid=16481031#17610,844778

According to his birth record he should be age 26/27 in 1801 not 23 so I think I am reading the military record wrong.  There are some comments to the right in his record if someone could translate for me I might understand what it all means.  I am trying to learn how to access military records better and would like to know if I am doing something right because I came across the same age problem with his brother, Hans Pedersen, where the age was always off to the year of the list.

Is this military record for the wrong Niels Pedersen?

and searching on his name in this census reveals only him - so it must be right NP, you have fund.
