Need transcription of death record

I need someone to translate into English the death record for Jens Hansen Juhl whose church record is found on page 70 of the Toftlund, Haderslev church book for 1814 - 1826.  It is number 10.  I would like the entire record translated; however, I'm particularly interested in the extensive comments written in the last column.  Thanks so much.  Claude

10. Died 1820 July 18 - buried July 21

Jens Hansen Juhl

Bachelor, son of the cottager Anders Hansen of Ørderup
and was serving here in Toftlund, where he died

Age 23 years 5 months ÷ 3 days

Remarks:
The reason for his death was a stangulated hernia, which he got from lifting a cart, and from which he could not be cured, though as soon as the accident had happened a surgeon was fetched and everything possible was done for his recovery. One year earlier the same had happened, but then he soon recovered.
