Hans Madsen’s burial record translation please

I need help with the burial record for Hans Madsen: 20 Feb 1771 Povlsker Sogn, Sønder Herred, Bornholm: Povlsker Sogn Kirkebog 1688-1812, opslag 165a, and FamilySearch image 171a

I have attached an image of the record for your use. Sorry for all of the ink blotches on the image.  I have tried to clean it up as much as I can.


Please transcribe the Danish record and then translate the record into English.
