The Kelly and Gross family in Chicago?

Dear everybody.

I am trying to find some of my living descendant in the United States.
Now I am hoping that some of you will help me.
I am interested in finding the Kelly family and the Gross family.

I have found them in 1930 census , Chicago , Cook county , Ill.

Michael Kelly age 34 mechanic at an oil refinery
Ella Kelly age 33 wife
Lorraine Kelly age 1 daughter
Jane Kelly age 2 3/12 daughter
Earl Frederickson age 18 nephew in law
Evelyn Frederickson age 13 niece in law




and also in 1930 census , Chicago, Cook county , Ill.

Chris Frederickson age 67 laborer at auto plant
Martha Frederickson age 62 wife
Alma Gross age 27 daughter
Adolph Gross age 25 son in law salesman for printing company
Charlotte Gross age 4/12 granddaughter

I am interested in finding anything about them . Mayby some of the children are still alive?

Hi.

I have tried to find Richard Gross in Chicago. He should be born about 1934 and maybe he is still alive about 80 years old.

I have also tried to find Kenneth Kelly in Chicago. He should be born about 1932 and about 82 years old if he is still alive.

I have search after their obituaries to find more names and survivors but I am not able to find them.

Can anybody help me?

Gross living in Chicago Heights http://www.yellowpages.com/whitepages?from=AnyWho&first=Richard&last=Gross&city=Chicago+Heights&state=IL.

Also there is a Richard D. Gross, born about 1934, living in Boynton Beach, Florida.  Note that he previously lived in Streamwood, Illinois, a suburb or Chicago.   

Perhaps one of these is your Richard.

There was a Kenneth Kelly born in Cook County, Illinois (Chicago is in Cook County) on 21 Jan 1932.  Kenneth Charles Kelly, same date of birth) died in Los Angeles, California on 5 August 1980.  His mother's maiden name was Norton.

According to the 1940 census Richard Gross was born about 1931 and not 1934.  There is a Richard Gross born in Cook County, Illinois on 19 Feb 1931.  According to public records he was living in Massachusetts in 1991 and 1992.

He was president of Gordon College in Massachusetts  http://www.gordon.edu/gross.  I would contact the college to see if they have any information on where he is at the present time.

Sorry big mistake that Richard Gross was born in 1931 and not 1934. I am glad you saw it. I will write to Gordon College for further information.

For Kenneth Kelly I do not think it is the right one. His mother's maiden name should not be Norton but Fredericksen.

Can you find other information about Adolph Gross Richard Gross father? or Michael Kelly Kenneth Kelly's father? I have the information from the census in 1930 and 1940th from Chicago.

There's also daughters to both Gross and Kelly but I think it used to be harder to find girls as they may change the name.
