You translated "Til Barnefader udlagt" as "putative father."  What does that mean exactly?

Does "ved de" mean he was a member of the horsemen?

barnefader is a compund word, barne+fader; barn = child, fader = father

What does 2nd Christmas Day mean?  Is that the day after Christmas (26th Dec)?

When a baptism was confirmed in the church after being done at home like in this situation, was there a formal ceremony or was it just recorded in the books?  If there was a formal ceremony what was it like?  For documentation purposes is that date used as the official baptism date?

Yes, there is a formal ceremony when a baptism is confirmed.

A large part of the ritual is the same as with a baptism. The rituals, in Danish, can be found here

The priest says:
As this child (these children) are already baptized in the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, we will not baptize it (them) again and thus despise baptism sacred gift, but we announce here in the church assembly that it (they) have got the proper Christian baptism, and we thank our God and Father, who has taken it (them) to grace through Jesus Christ.

The Danish word "Fremstilling" has multiple meanings. In this case it is a wrong translation Google delivers (manufacture). It should be Presentation (of the baptised child for the congregation).
