Please help with translation for birth of Henrich Chistensen 1794

I need some help deciphering the name of the mother in the birth record found here:

The date is 7 Oct 1794, child is Henrich (who later is found as Hendrik, and then Henrik - is this normal?). The father can be easily read as Christen Jensen but the rest is lost to me until the godparents are named.

According to census transcriptions from Danish Family Search: http://www.danishfamilysearch.com/cid956296 I was expecting the mother to be Karen Sørensdatter but I am having a difficult time reading that on the birth document.

The name of the mother is not mentioned - so it often was at that time, women does not count.

The godmother, who bore child, was the wife of the parish clerk (degn). The child was baptized in the home and later on confirmed in the church.

Henrich, Hendrik, Henrik, quite normal to spel names different.

Here is another mystery - I was trying to find the birth record for Kristine Amalia Christensen. Each parish has its own church books. If the parish priest was pastor of several parishes, he has maybe initially recorded the baptism in the wrong parish.
