I read and translate:

July 4, Corporal Peter Kirchhoff, who three years ago sought and was separated from his wife Birgitte Møllers by the family court, came forward and requested a betrothal with Procurator Holbergs widow, Judith Augusta Bech.  His guarantors certified that there is nothing in the law and regulations to prevent the consumation of this marriage, and that they are freeing the pastor from any complaint or responsibility for this marriage.
