I would like some help reading the information about the birth of Jorgen

1799-1814 Raklev, Ars, Holbaek   page 55, right side of page

is the birth June 28 ??  name of parents and any other information that would be helpful

I am not able to find Jørgen in the Church Record on page 55.
There is a record with Simon Jørgen on page 54 (1809) left side.
Do you know the year and some words from the record.

The birth date is omitted here, but likely is at least the 40 days prior, so that the introduction was in order.

The birth was May 22 I found it on the confirmation records Page 200 1821.
