Jerne-Skads parish

I am searching for the birth record of my ancestors Peder Nielsen and Maren Laustdatter. Their marriage can be found in Ribe, Skast, Skads 1640-1747 Opslag 112 in the old addition. His death, 5 September 1776, is found in Ribe, Skast Jerne 1640-1747 Opslag 240. This record if I am reading it correctly would put his birth in May of 1714. Her death, 31 May 1756, is found in Ribe, Skast, Jerne 1640-1747. This record puts her birth as 1718.

I am experiencing great difficulty reading this book and determining its organization. Any help will be appreciated.

This book is totally disorganized ! And some of the records that should have been there, are probably
missing. But in the front is a register.  I have been looking in the NEW edition.

The betrothal (May 22) and marriage (Oct 11) at ops.203:
  Peder Nielsen af Lunde*   Maren Laustd. (af) Qvaglund  (Jerne p.)
         *in Skads parish

PN's death, 5 September 1776, is found in Ribe, Skast Jerne 1748-1814 Opslag 230.
   1776 5.Sept buried PN from Lunde æt. 62 years less 3 months and 3 weeks, i.e. born c. 26.dec 1714
His baptism can't be found.

ML's burial, 31 May 1756, 38 yo , died during childbirth, child undelivered.
is found in Ribe, Skast, Jerne 1748-1814 ops 215 . This record puts her birth as 1718
No Maren Laurids/Laustdatter is seen bapt. in Jerne parish, see also

But is the age correct ?? That's not sure.
The only Maren Lauridsdatter I found is this one:
In Skads 1714 (ops 15 new) nr 7 Doica 20 á Trinit bapt. Lauritz Hiortis* Datter af Oxvang Noie: Maren
     The mother introd. 18.nov (D.25 Trin)
   (Laust Hiort af Oxvang ++ Nov 1747 (no age)    *Lauritz Nielsen Hiort (see ops 90)
