I read Jens Sørensen as 'Opholder', an unusual word for a renter.  To me, it is Po͞ul La͞ursen.

I missed that word.  Usually someone receiving life care in exchange for passing on a rental or farm is an Aftægtsmand/-kvinde.  I'll have to add 'ophold' to my vocabulary.  Ordinarily it simply means 'stay'.
