First, under the number given, a male live birth, but no name.  The mother Ane Marie Nielsen, aged 17.

Forældrene Mormoner.

In other words, a boy born at Kiærgaard Mølle, but for official purposes conceived at Hjørring Mark.  Notified the parish pastor there in October '69.  The parents are Mormons (and presumably thus passed on baptism).

The birth and a possible name ought to have been noted in Hjørring parish without a sequence number.

A name similar to what you gave is #18 on the next page.
