Translation please - Marriage record

Hello-

I am asking please, for the translation of the marriage of Adolph Leonhard Reimer to Helene geb. Petersen Staats Reimer in the civil records at the following link -No. 43

The marriage record is on the right hand side - though it appears that the second page of the record (165/433) is not available.

Helene's first husband (JW Reimer) died and then she married his brother, Adolph. I am particularly interested in the items in the margin referencing Flensberg in 7 Oct 1892 and below mentioning 2 Jan 1893.

Also, does anyone know how to access the missing page?

Short answer:  In November 1892, the authorities found that the groom's name was 'Leonard' and not Bernhard, as recorded in the 1876 marriage record.  The notation was entered in January 1893.

Image 167 actually continues this marriage record without anything lost between point two, the bride, and point three, the witnesses.
