Help with tax register format

Hej,

I need you help deciphering and translating the tax register column headings.  It is for
A-O Rigsarkivet, Neksø Købstadskommune, Taksationsprotokol 1791-1801.  It is the first time I have found an ancestor in the register and am unfamiliar with it.

I do not need the information in the first entry.

I have attached an image of the first page of the register.

Please transcribe the Dansk and translate into English.

I think that a better translation of the word 'taxt' in this context would be 'valuation'. The source is a protocol for fire insured properties with information about the buildings and the amount the insured would be paid in case of fire. It is not a tax register.
